MissedFits captures data on items shoppers wanted to buy but couldn’t, to improve future forecasts and reduce waste within the retail industry. With a huge proportion of items going to landfill each year due to poor inventory management and understanding of shopper’s needs, MissedFits bridges the gap with data insights.
The core emblem is formed of two halves of a T-shirt that come together to form the letter ‘M’ and playfully represent the mismatch between inventory and demand. Within the graphic toolkit are the tonal ‘zipper’ and ‘thread’ patterns which, when combined with the emblem, give the start-up a fun and vibrant personality to stand out from others in the market.
